Services + Skills
Because each family I work with has their own dynamics, challenges, and needs, there’s no one-size-fits-all solution when working together. That’s why I use a variety of approaches and modalities including child and adolescent psychotherapy, parent coaching, family psychotherapy, Theraplay®, academic coaching, and school consultation. After a thorough intake, we make a plan and approach that are right for you.

Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy
I employ a number of techniques, but play therapy is my preferred method to create trust and engagement when working with younger children.
Parent Coaching
My goal is to provide support and strategies to parents that can be used at home to create a healthy, loving, and playful home.
Theraplay®
When working with parents who are struggling in their parent-child relationship, I often employ Theraplay techniques and interventions to help.
School Consultation
When working with students and families, I offer consultation and child advocacy services. With the family’s consent, I can communicate with teachers, administrators, and other important adults in a child’s life.
Academic Coaching
Adolescents and teens struggling with ADHD or other academic difficulties need support in many areas, including education. I help clients develop the structures, processes, and organization as they face bigger responsibilities beyond the home.
Family Psychotherapy
When one family member has psychological symptoms, it usually affects the rest of the family and impacts the dynamic of the group as a whole. I am trained to work with families as a group or individuals to support growth and change.
